It’s the Crap, Crappiest Time of the Year

Seriously, August sucks.
Work sucks. The seemingly endless heat sucks. The traffic that coincides with school starting S-U-C-K-S.
Matt and I were discussing his late August birthday the other night and we decided it sucks too. He remembers starting school several times on his birthday as well as days so stifling hot he wanted to die. Sucks.
To (sort of) quote Green Day:
“Wake me up when September COMES.” August cannot end soon enough.

Dude, all of that just… sucks. Haha. I hope the weather cools off (where you are — not here. The weather’s lovely here right now) and the sucky stuff disappears SOON!

Maybe August isn’t so hot on you either. Maybe August hates your attitude. Maybe August just wants you to leave it alone and let it follow it’s dream, for once in its life! Maybe it just wants the love and support it knows it deserves instead of this sad mockery of life you’ve provided it with!! Maybe August has had it with you…and your…whatever! That’s it! August is leaving! Give it a week, maybe a week and half to find a place of its own, and it’s outta here!
