Jewels+Kate=Sleepy After Three Days of Non-Stop Fun

Um, I’m EXHAUSTED.
My be-fri Jewels came into town for the weekend and we partied like it was 1999. No wait, that’s not right. We partied like the 27/28 year old fuddy-duddies that we are. And that means we were up until 1 AM and ready to die of exhaustion every night. We? We are sort of lame. Lame but funny! To ourselves . . . shoot.
We had a total and complete blast. We ate way too much food and looked pretty freaking hot. (I will add pictures tonight when I get home and yank them off my camera.) We laughed for hours, waxed political and religious, baked ourselves at the pool in the glorious 85 degree weather, and, all in all, had a smashing good time. She is an amazing friend and I’m SO lucky to have her. Even if she does influence me to spend much to much money. I guess that’s what we get for spending FOUR HOURS at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Whoops! However, I was overjoyed to find out that my big butt fits into designer jeans!!! Whoo hooo!
On to business . . . I owe you guys a Soap Opera Sunday and I promise I’ll get it up. I really didn’t have a minute free over the weekend. I’ll try to write two of them this week for you in an attempt to catch up. Please note that I said try.
Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to crawl under my desk, behind the pillar in my cube and take a nap where no one can see me. Sooo sleeplies.

Be-Fri?!? I love it, hahaha! I had SUCH a great time! I miss you loads already. You are hilarious, we are totally old ladies, aren’t we. What happened? At least we are funny to each other. I had so much fun, I can’t wait to see you in two months! Thanks for hosting and showing me around your lovely City and letting me chill in your GORGEOUS home!! I love you so much, you are a total minx in those new jeans. Now, I think I will take a cue from your post, put the kiddies in front of a show and go nap somewhere…so sleeplies…

haha…i would agree with your comment. the hilarious thing is that jared would so totally notice if one fish or piece of sand was missing. maybe i’ll do it - that would be funny.
