Beautiful new car, meet the Internets. Internets, meet my beautiful, yet to be named (oh my gosh I got a SMOKIN’ deal) car. Any suggestions on what to name her?

I hate you not because of the car…but because of THE WEATHER IN THAT PICTURE.
LAME.
Ok, the car maybe just a little.

Newbie visiting from Twas Brillig. I’d certainly like that car, or any car come to think of it, because it is clean!
Can you tell that cars aren’t really my thing?
Cheers
This is my calling card or link“Whittereronautism”until blogger comments get themselves sorted out.

Wow, I guess I know how to completely exile myself from the loop.
That’s a beautiful car! I can’t say I’m too surprised after reading what you did last weekend . . .
Enjoy your new wheels!

My idea for a name is Lil. As in short for Lilian. Partially, because remember that restaurant in Provo called Diamond Lil’s? Me neither, but my parents went there for date night. Also, because it reminds me of Viv. May she rest in peace. Or in your garage.

This is odd. Prior to getting on to comment, I looked at the pictures as I was thinking of a name for the car. And I was like, this is a “sleek sex machine.” It needs an unabashed, sexy-powerful-unapologetic name. And the name Rhonda popped into my head. I was like “yeah, yeah, that’s it! It says sexy, but it’s a little anachronistic, which makes it more daring, like I dare you to make fun of the name. Plus there always the Beach Boys ‘Help Me Rhonda’ song, which is totally appropriate because when you’re having a crappy day, what’s better than flooring it in your Beamer?” You know that I know (that you know, that i know), and now you know, that there isn’t much (that I know).
And then I get on to post and the last person to write is “rhonda can’t help you,” which TOTALLY threw me. Not just the coincidence (and this is a true story), but…can she really not help? My naming confidence and groove is totally shot. Thanks alot.

She is beautiful! But before you decide on a name is she a she or a he? The car looks a little masculine to me, so maybe it needs a sexy man name. Maybe it could be a non gender specific name like “Max” So when you are feeling femine in the car it can be “maxine” when the car has a more mascuine vibe it could be “maxwell” and when the car has a rich vibe it can be “maxamillion” Just some thoughts. But we call our cars what they are: the Honda, and the Kia. So whats wrong with Beemmmer?

Whoooaaa! I am so jealous!
Number one - your lovely, beautiful shiny car vs. my car, also known as the NYC subway.
Number two - sunshine vs. NYC grey, rainy miserable skies.
Lucky girl!
