Um, don’t mind the dead grass! We live in Arizona where the grass don’t grow!! But PALM TREES!! We’ve got PALM TREES!!
Freshly painted front door accompanied by a loverly hydrangea wreath purchased much on sale. Because that’s how I roll yo.
Aaaaand I present . . . the inside view of the front door. Ooooh! Ahhhh!
Windows! We’ve got your windows! Clean windows!
Room with a view . . . and a sweet telephone!

The bath o’the guests that the o’masters had to use for an o’long time

Oh how I LOVE MY BED. And we got a new mattress this weekend so now it’s even TALLER!
Tall dresser, and yes, more corner windows.
Refinished master sink . . . and, wait for it . . . more hydrangeas. Seeing a pattern?
Matt and I decided the closet looked bigger with just my stuff, so now it’s MINE! ALL MINE!
I wanted to cry the first time we turned on this shower after the remodel. It was like . . . breathing air for the first time! We hadn’t had a working master shower since we moved in.
And finally, the back yard, complete with confused lemon trees. They have mature lemons, baby lemons, blossoms and buds. Wha??? But this yard is actually huge for Phoenix, so we’re going to miss it.
And that’s all she wrote, er, built. We are now officially selling the house, and it should be listed by tomorrow at the latest. I am thinking of offering a finders fee to anyone who finds a buyer for us, so . . . know anyone in Phoenix interested in living in the North Valley? She’s for sale! Good price for you, today only! Ok, for like, the next six months.

Um, I got it at a local store called Pruits, but i’ve seen it online too. Let me see if I can find the name of the company who makes it. I love it and I’m glad you do too!!

Oh my goodness, it looks amazing (I can’t believe I’ve never seen it in person, though!!!!) Anyway, good luck with it. I hope it gets snatched right up, and that you don’t have to live through the nightmare that is my homeselling life. Seriously. I’m ready to sell it on e-bay for 12 dollars… (Get yourself a hot realtor too–that never hurts…)

Holy crap! You will have no problem selling this. Can I buy it with the furniture and deco? I’d have to take out a 300-year mortgage, but hey. You’ll have the satisfaction that your home went to a good…er, home.

It looks soooooooo good! My goodness, you guys have done so much to it! I love love love it. You’ll sell it in a snap! Oh…not to put a damper, but at the beginning where you mentioned that you’re so “vein”? Yeah, it’s actually spelled “Vain”. Veins are what run through your body…still love you.

HAHAHA. Wow i’m tired today. I would usually notice something as BLATANTLY OBVIOUS AS THAT horrid wrong word. But no, I did not, as I was awake until the wee hours last night and woke in the wee hours this morning to drive certain plastic surgeoned pals to work. Not complaining, just stating the facts.
And just for fun, I’m going to leave that wrong word there.

You don’t know this about me… but I lived for a long time in Phoenix. (Peoria and Tempe, actually). 8 years I think?
Anyway. The mirror in your exploding bathroom? Yeah. I have that. In my bathroom. And also I was going to tell you a long old time ago that Tyson and I used to eat Pazookie ALL THE FRIGGIN time when we lived in Tempe.
Those things are freaking good.
